William M. McMahon, Jr., Chairman of the Board of Directors

Currently president and CEO of Saitek USA (a worldwide leader in PC gaming hardware and the top global seller in handheld electronic chess). Mr. McMahon held the position of President at Arrow/Wyle Computer Products Group, an $850M division of Arrow Electronics, which focused on selling computer hardware, integration services and contract manufacturing services to OEM's, Resellers, VAR's and End Users. His previous experience also includes a term as President and CEO of Wyle Systems. Where he led the company to record revenues and operating profits. Mr. McMahon previously held executive management positions with Aurora Electronics, Upsonic Electronics International, and Arrow Electronics.

Jeremy Levine, Director and Secretary

Mr. Levine is one of Firescope's founding investors and has been a member of our Board of Directors since September 2006. He is the founder of JSL Construction & Landscaping, Inc., a general contractor located in Orange County, California. Jeremy is also an active real estate investor and manager of both commercial and residential projects and holds a Bachelors Degree degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California.

Richard Roll, Board Member

Mr. Roll is a results oriented business executive with a proven track record of leading companies through major transformations, creating dramatic improvements in results and leading to best-in-class performance. He brings over 30+ years of sales, marketing and executive-level experience in the software business having previously served as CEO of Peerless Systems, CEO of Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions, CEO of FieldCentrix, and COO of Epicor Software. Mr. Roll received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Arizona and attended the Wharton Business School's Executive Program in conjunction with Unisys.

Steven has worked with Lantronix, NASDAQ (LTRX) M2 Automotive and Panda as CFO and COO, raising $100M+ for each company. He is on the board of directors for several businesses and technology firms and has experience working overseas with channel and OEM partners. Steven was formerly working as the CEO of TDi to provide the industry's best enterprise application and device management solutions. TDi experienced a generous increase under his vision and leadership. Steven is an expert in security, compliance issues and best practices for business service management.

In addition to his role as President and COO, Mark is the chief architect of all FireScope solutions, based on concepts he originally conceived of before co-founding FireScope. Mark previously served as Global CTO at Lone Star Funds\Hudson Advisors, a multi-billion dollar global private equity firm. Served six years as CEO of Vectrix, a venture-backed company and has served in various executive, senior and technical management roles with Metromedia, Perot Systems, Amerada Hess, DC Systems and GTE, securing more than 23 years of experience in IT, information security, media and ITSM. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tulsa, along with industry certifications such as the CISSP, ISSAP, ISSMP, PMP and CEH. He was named an Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of Year - SW Region" Finalist. He presented the Doak Walker Award on ESPN. Mark has served and serves on several corporate boards including FireScope, SMU's Cox School of Business, Vectrix and others. Mark served honorably in the United States Army's 3rd Ranger Battalion, and the 82d Airborne Division.
